MISSION: TIJUANA, MX

February 14-19, 2026

Join young adults from across the nation and live on mission. You are invited as we unite and mobilize to make a difference in the lives of the people of Tijuana, MX. This is an opportunity to make a life-changing impact on local communities through multiple outreaches.

  • Building a HOUSE for a family in need!!! (Donations accepted through the button below!) No construction experience needed. There will be plenty of jobs for all skill levels!
  • Bringing hope to at-risk kids and children living in slum communities through feeding programs, VBS, dramas, songs, music, sports, and games.
  • Sharing Jesus and working with homeless men and women whose lives are being radically transformed by the Gospel message.
  • Partnering with local Open Bible Missionaries and others to inspire, encourage, and minister in local outreaches and services.
  • And much, much more. . .

We will include a day to sightsee, and purchase souvenirs as well! This is will be a trip that you will never forget!

About the Trip Leader

Skyler Sanford serves as the NEXT Generation Director for Open Bible Central in Des Moines, IA, and is a graduate of Open Bible College. He is passionate about sharing the gospel in other cultures, and has completed over 20 short-term mission trips.

Skyler has visited Tijuana, MX over 10 times for missions-related activities. In addition to this, he has served several summers as volunteer staff at the Puente de Amistad missions base, where we will be staying.

We will partner with Open Bible Missionaries in Tijuana, MX (alongside Puente de Amistad staff) to ensure a fun and safe missions experience for all who attend.
